Bohrs Tårn in Copenhagen is a 100 meter high-rise building with 30 floors that was completed in 2017.
The tower is located in the south-eastern part of Carlsberg Byen, next to the S-train station Carlsberg Station. The lower eight floors are an integral part of the University of Applied Sciences UCC Campus Carlsberg, while the upper 22 floors of the tower contain 88 owner-occupied apartments, four per floor, between 114 and 166 sqm (net area) and 139-191 sqm (gross area). There is access to these via a separate lift and stair tower with entrance from the south facade. There are also offices, cafes and shops on the ground floor in the other part of the building. The tower is located at two squares. Tappertorvet facing Carlsberg station and Humletorvet facing Flaskegade.
