The lake baths of the future in Silkeborg protect nature and biodiversity

Østre- and Vestre Søbad are designed to protect the area's special nature and the lake's biodiversity, and support the city's vision of being Denmark's outdoor capital. The bathing establishments offer various activity options for both winter bathers, summer visitors, sportsmen and children.

The new lake baths as well as the common facilities are built from locally produced wood and bolted together without the use of fittings.
