The people behind Copenhagen Bakery take ice cream to completely new heights when they open Aurora. With a focus on good craftsmanship and science, the new ice cream dairy is a further development of the popular Alice's ice cream production.

The dedicated people behind the City's Best Bakery 2023 and critically acclaimed Copenhagen Bakery will soon add another place to their portfolio of successful eateries: Aurora, which - like Copenhagen Bakery - will have an address in the Bottleneck in Carlsberg Byen.

The name Aurora refers to the northern lights, and it is also the Nordic polar atmosphere you will encounter when you step inside the new ice cream bar located in the Bottleneck, and where you can look forward to as much love for both craftsmanship and good ingredients as you know it from Copenhagen Bakery.

The people behind Københavns Bageri are the same people behind the popular ice cream and coffee concept in Amager, Alice - which Politiken described as "the city's best ice cream waffles" shortly after they opened their doors and served their first ice cream - and now Aurora will be a further development of the popular place.
