Introducing Caronte, the charming new restaurant in Carslberg Byen, set to open its doors in December 2023. The restaurant is proudly run by the owners of Rufino Osteria, one of Copenhagen’s most beloved Italian eateries, who are embarking on an exciting new venture.

Nestled at the edge of J.C. Jacobsens’ Have (Fadet 31), in the heart of Carslberg Byen, Caronte will offer a delightful dining experience. You can enjoy their carefully crafted lunch menu on Thursdays through Saturdays and indulge in delicious dinners from Tuesday to Saturday. With a menu rooted in traditional Italian cuisine with a contemporary twist, you’ll find exquisite pasta dishes alongside delightful culinary surprises.

Inspired by the story of Caronte, a mythological figure who ferries souls between different worlds, we will be playing with the idea that food and wine take you to different places and new emotions.
